Antler Jewelry Workshop *Register with Damara Mossman* - Sat. Nov 10, 1-3pm
My name is Damara and I’ve been creating jewelry from organic locally sourced materials such as shed deer antler and bone since 2010. I’m passionate about creating one of a kind statement pieces and would love to share the experience with you!
In this class I'll lead you in designing and creating your own signature style pendant while we chat about the importance of balance in design, learn the ins and outs of using natural materials, opening and closing jump rings and simple wire techniques.
You’ll get to choose one unique piece of antler that speaks to you to use as a focal point and combine it with various other beads and findings to create your very own statement necklace or pendant.
All of the tools and materials will be provided, including a variety of rough sanded pre-drilled shed deer antler, gold and silver plated chain, as well as other beads and findings to inspire you.
A small cotton bag will also be included for safe storage of your one of a kind piece.
